Sistaco 3-Color Set Giveaway

1. SPONSOR

The Sistaco 3-Color Set Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by:

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sistaco Pty Ltd, and members of their immediate families (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and household members), are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the giveaway entry form on Facebook.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Each eligible person may enter only once. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including entries submitted using multiple email addresses, accounts or identities, may be disqualified.

All entries must be complete and submitted during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing any Sistaco product will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one Sistaco 3-Colour Set, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of US$127.00.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not specifically stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will take place after the Promotion Period has ended. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the date the notification is sent.

If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide any information reasonably required by the Sponsor to award the prize.

9. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting, receiving or using the prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

The Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to disqualify any entrant who it determines has violated these Official Rules, attempted to interfere with the operation of the Promotion, provided false or misleading information, or otherwise acted in an unfair or disruptive manner.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or otherwise invalid entries, or for technical failures, network failures, website interruptions, computer or mobile device problems, or other errors or difficulties that may prevent an entry from being received or processed.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including technical difficulties, fraud, unauthorized intervention or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion.

11. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that Meta, Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for the Promotion or its administration and release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion.

13. GOVERNING LAW

The Promotion and these Official Rules are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
