How do I become a Sistaco Exclusive member?
You’ll automatically qualify when you’ve spent $1200 USD (or equivalent) and placed at least one order in the last 6 months. Once you’ve hit those milestones, we’ll process your membership accordingly. Keep an eye out for your invitation!
What’s the Sistaco Exclusive Facebook group?
It’s a private, members-only space called Sistaco Exclusive Sistas — where our most loyal customers connect directly with Sistaco.
Will my membership expire?
We update the list regularly to keep the community active and rewarding. If you haven’t placed an order in the past 6 months, your membership may lapse — but you’re always welcome back once you meet the criteria again.
Can I track my progress toward qualifying?
We don’t currently offer a public tracker, but your total spend and order history are available in your account. If you’re ever unsure, just contact our team — we’re more than happy to help.
I’ve qualified but haven’t received my invite yet — what’s going on?
We’re so grateful for your support — and we’re thrilled you’ve qualified!
Sistaco Exclusive is lovingly hand-curated, and each welcome pack is made to order. Because of this, invitations are released in batches, and it can take several weeks (or even months) to complete all new inclusions.
Rest assured, if you qualify, you’ll be added — we just ask for a little patience while your pack is being prepared behind the scenes.
