Sistaco does not in itself help nails grow; but it can protect the nail and make it feel stronger. If you use the Sistaco Elixir daily, even when Sistaco Mineral Bond is applied to the nails, then this formulation will assist in the growth of the nails; as it allows them to move up from the cuiticle more quickly. There are alot of other things you can do to help with nail growth and these are covered in the booklets you receive with your Sistaco Mineral Bond nail kit.
