1. Using a nail file, gently file the Top Coat to remove the shine and leave a matte finish; so that the liquid can penetrate the Base Coat.
2. Saturate a cotton ball with 100% acetone. Apply to each nail and wrap in tin foil to secure. Leave for 10 minutes.
3. Repeat step 2 if required. Once finished; moisturise with Sistaco Elixir; rest nails perhaps overnight and reapply.
